Physician Bio
We are proud to have Kim Cox, MD, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, as part of our medical staff.
As an OB/GYN, Dr. Cox specializes in normal and high-risk obstetrics, ultrasound imaging, work-ups and treatment of urinary incontinence, annual (yearly) women’s wellness exams, infertility, and gynecological surgeries. In addition, he is trained to use the da Vinci robotic surgical system for minimally invasive general surgeries.
Dr. Cox and his wife are from Pocatello. He and his family enjoy participating and supporting each other in team sports, hiking, river rafting, and all things family.
Professional Credentials
- Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Brigham University in Provo, Utah
- Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington
- Transitional internship in internal medicine was at the Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado
- Residency in obstetrics and gynecology was at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado
