Physician Bio

We are proud to have Julie Muckerman, CNM, FNP, certified nurse midwife and family nurse practitioner, as part of our medical staff.

Julie provides antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, gynecological, and primary care to women.

Julie is also certified in neonatal resuscitation by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association, and basic life support by the American Heart Association.

She became interested in and grew to love midwifery after living in England for seven years, where care by midwives is normal obstetrics care. Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, reading, doing pottery, gardening, and being outside.
