The College of Massage Therapy: Prospective Student Night

“Learn about becoming a Massage Therapist at the College of Massage Therapy Open House on Thurs., Nov. 9, starting at 6 pm.”

Are you ready for a career that is stable, flexible, and rewarding? The need for massage therapists is growing at a rapid rate, and the demand is expected to increase 20 percent in the next few years, which is faster than almost all other occupations. Training at the College of Massage Therapy at Bingham Memorial Hospital could open the door to a variety of career opportunities as a massage therapist in the health- and wellness-related industries.

If you’re compassionate, respectful, and a good listener, then a career in massage therapy just might be for you. If you’d like to learn more about becoming a massage therapist, you’re invited to attend our Prospective Student Night:

                                                      Thursday, November 9

                                                      Starts at 6:00 p.m.

                                                     The College of Massage Therapy

                                                    at Bingham Memorial Hospital

                                                   98 Poplar Street, Blackfoot

Please feel free to bring your friends and family. There will be food, fun, and free chair massages while you learn about the exciting opportunities that await you as a massage therapist. Current students, instructors, and graduates of the program will be available to answer any questions you might have about the program and a career in massage therapy.

Today, massage therapists play an important role in caring for a variety of medical issues, such as pain relief, increased joint flexibility, improvement of overall circulation, and reduction of post-surgery adhesions or swelling. More physicians are referring their patients to massage therapists, and there is an increasing demand for therapists who can work hand-in-hand with the medical community.

The College of Massage Therapy provides a valuable education that qualifies graduates to become certified massage therapists. They offer a unique learning experience and hospital internships, and it’s the only massage school located inside a hospital in the state of Idaho. The entire program runs for only 10 months, 2 days a week—with your choice of day or night classes. Because the school is accredited, financial aid is available for qualified students.

We look forward to seeing you at the College of Massage Therapy Prospective Student Night. For more information, please call (208) 785-3823 or visit: www.BinghamMemorial.org/College-of-Massage-Therapy
